Playlisted displays sports data sourced from third-party providers including ESPN and TheSportsDB. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Scores, schedules, and standings may be delayed or contain errors.

Playlisted does not claim ownership of the sports data displayed. All trademarks, team names, league names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

5. No Account Required

Playlisted does not require you to create an account. Preferences such as favorite teams and leagues are stored locally on your device. If you enable push notifications, your device push token is stored on our server solely for delivering game alerts.

The Playlisted name, design, and original code are the property of Playlisted. The sports data, team names, league names, and logos displayed in the app belong to their respective rights holders and are used for informational purposes.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Playlisted available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
