Playlisted ("the App") is a women's sports score tracker available as a web app at playlistedsports.com and as a mobile app on iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Favorites: Teams and leagues you mark as favorites are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.
• Theme & Display Preferences: Your theme choice (dark/light mode) is stored locally on your device using localStorage (web) or AsyncStorage (mobile).
• Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications on the mobile app, your device push token and notification preferences are stored on our server to deliver game alerts. You can disable notifications at any time.
• Country Detection: When you first use the App, we use a third-party IP geolocation service (ipapi.co) to detect your country. This is used solely to display relevant leagues and convert game times to your local timezone. Your country is cached locally on your device. We do not store your IP address.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone number)
• No precise location data (GPS, city, or address)
• No advertising identifiers
• No tracking cookies or tracking pixels
• No third-party analytics SDKs
• No account or login required

Third-Party Services

The App displays sports data sourced from publicly available APIs including ESPN. We do not share any user data with these services. We also use ipapi.co for one-time country detection as described above.

Data Storage

All user preferences (favorites, theme settings, cached country) are stored locally on your device. Push notification tokens are stored on our server and can be deleted by disabling notifications in the mobile app.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated for all ages (4+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
